What this site stores on your device
With your consent, the site stores a single browser preference (your colour theme) in localStorage. It never leaves your device and is used only to remember your choice between visits. If you reject, the theme toggle still works for the duration of the tab but is not persisted.
There are no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, no fingerprinting, and no third-party embeds.

What the server logs
The server keeps short-lived request logs that contain your IP address, requested path, response status and timing. These exist for two reasons, both based on the operator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / paragraph 7(1) of PIPEDA):
- per-IP rate limiting, to protect the service from abuse;
- standard web-server access logging.
Logs are rotated and discarded within 30 days. They are not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a server operated by OVHcloud in Canada. Request data therefore transits and is briefly stored in Canada. When data is transferred from outside Canada (for example from the European Economic Area) the operator relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Canada (commercial organisations) as the legal basis.
Fonts and assets
All fonts, scripts, and static assets are served from the same domain as the site. No requests are made to third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, analytics providers, ad networks, social widgets, etc.).
No accounts
The site has no user accounts. Nothing to sign up for, and no personal information is collected from you in a form.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, PIPEDA, and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
